RUSK Deep Shine Enhancing Cream Developer – 20 Volume

When mixed with Deep shine Pure Pigments Conditioning Cream Color, Deep shine Shine Enhancing Cream Developers and Balancing Lotion produce the proper pH to ensure maximum tone, depth and color durability without compromising the integrity of the hair fiber. Active conditioning agents ensure that the hair looks and feels healthy, soft and shiny.

With it’s balancing lotion, designed to be used with all Rusk hair color and lightening products for reliable, consistent results. When used with Deepshine Pure Pigments Conditioning Cream Color, they provide uniform, long-lasting color and maximum gray coverage.

How To Use

• Choose the appropriate developer depending on your need.
• Use 10 volume for optimum gray coverage or to lift a natural shade up one level
• 20 volume to lift natural level up to two levels
• 30 volumeto lift natural level up to three levels
• 40 volume to lift natural level up to four levels.

Use the balancing lotion to refresh color balance tone from roots to ends, and for demi-permanent results. Mixing ratio for a standard Deepshine color formulation is 1 part color to 1 parts developer or balancing lotion.Additional mixing and timing guidelines apply for super lightener, demi-permanent and toning formulations as well as gray coverage on resistant hair. Refer to the Deepshine handbook for additional mixing and timing instructions.

Ingredients

Hydrogen Peroxide reacts with the dye molecules in the hair color to lift natural level (depending on volume used) and deposit color to produce desired results.

Olealkonium Chloride conditions and smoothes the hair, increasing wet and dry comb-ability and eliminating frizz.

Mineral Oil adds shine and improves comb-ability.

Aqua (water, eau), hydrogen peroxide, cetearyl alcohol, ceteareth-30, paraffinum liquidum (mineral oil, huile minerale), oxyquinoline sulfate, tetrasodium edta, etidronic acid, methylparaben, phosphoric acid, parfum (fragrance).
